I’m from IPOH and happened to drop by here. Then my friend introduced me to this shop. I’m so happy because this shop accepts my gold ornament. Mostly shop scared to accept my ornaments as they scared it might be counterfeit. Even there are stated 999.9 or 916, but still doubt feeling can’t simply vanish. The staff attending me were so professional, followed all the SOP and this leave a very good impression as I felt safe here. They also did a very detailed checking by explained everything which to me very clear. They also showed their concerned because some of it were like a heritage to my family and I explained to them because I need urgent money. While waiting all the process need to be done, they served me with snacks and drinks and one of them keep accompanied me with small and simple chat. Their staff were so nice and friendly. Thanked to them I’ve got offered with very reasonable price. Definitely going to come here again when I drop by here.

I love the place, the staff, also the service. They all were excellent! My late mother left me quite lot with her jewelries and accidentally I found this place when I googled for a place to sell old gold with offer good price. Firstly, I impressed with the staff, they greeted me nicely and warm, ask me to scan the QR code and sanitized everything. I’m quite impressed as they applied the same way to my son too. I felt safe as they follow all the SOP guide stated by KKM. The second thing was that the place provided a mini playground for kids to play while the assessment being done. Thumbs up! They checked thoroughly all my jewelries and said the purity are nice. I’ve been given good information too regarding the purity of gold, the carat and many more. I’m not a fan of gold so it is informative to me. They offered me with fairly good price too.

I’ve got to know this place, Jewel Cafe Taman Equine when I pass by after my visit to another jewelry shop. Most my jewelries were custom-made. I really love all the kungfu and fengshui design. My first view for this shop were the friendly and lovely attend by the staff when they received me as their customer. The guidance for the SOP were strictly followed as they will check the MySejahtera app also my temperature. They assist me nicely with great and pleasant eye smile. When I showed them my jewelries, they quite awed because all of them were custom-made. They explain to me nicely all the procedure needs to be done. Even my jewelries don’t have any receipt plus got few with no seal, they try their best by offered me with a very good price. This is my third time and always will come here for selling my golds. Sweet thing here when they served me with snacks and drinks while I’m waiting for the appraisal to be done also, they offered me with variety benefits for member. Highly recommend to others to visit this shop!
