Estimation Process

Your items will be evaluated by our trained staff. Here’s what we will do:

1. Magnet test – To ensure any metal parts of your item. Eg, hooks or clasps.
2. Check for hallmark/stamping – Precious metals will typically come with a hallmark. However, there are some old gold or custom-made jewelry that does not come with a hallmark.
3. Hydrometer machine – Your items will be weighed and check density using our hydrometer machine.

The estimation will take around 10 to 15 minutes (varies with the total number of items).
